An HR specialist for flexible and temporary IT staffing is looking for a Functional Analyst for one of its clients. The specialist manages IT projects for various clients in IT domains such as Application Development, Infrastructure Services, and Software Testing. You will work for one of their clients. The position is open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
What you do
- Define the concept and manage the planning for the pre-analysis and design phase
- Perform functional analyses of information systems and draw up the functional design after the preliminary study
- Support changes and improvements from the development phase up to and including commissioning in production
- Make recommendations for system improvements and implement them
- Develop new requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs
- Support system upgrades and resolve issues with existing systems
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within a complex technical environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Experience in the banking and insurance sector
- More than 5 years of experience with functional management and design of information systems
- Value communication and teamwork
- Good professional knowledge of English
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Analytical thinking skills
- Collaboration-oriented
- Data-driven work
- Knowledge of IT security and Software development
- Technical skills: Java SDK, Confluence, Jira, Open Systems
