In this role, you will make AI adoption and innovation concrete: you ensure that AI is deployed safely and practically and widely adopted in daily work, enabling organizations to work faster and smarter. You guide IT projects from start to finish, help colleagues apply AI smartly and securely, and ensure that daily IT service delivery is predictable and professional. It is a varied role where you liaise between various departments, IT partners, suppliers, and an internal team.

What you will do.
- Smart AI implementation in the organization: You initiate and guide practical AI solutions that accelerate processes and improve quality.
- Drive AI adoption: You organize training, workshops, and webinars and ensure AI is used in the daily work of your colleagues.
- Lead IT projects: You coordinate IT transformations and optimizations and monitor planning, scope, and progress.
- Manage IT service delivery: You are the point of contact for various departments and IT partners and ensure stable and predictable IT support.
- Ensure compliance & security: You guide audits and investigations and ensure that IT and AI are set up securely, compliantly, and future-proof.
- Connect business & IT: You translate business needs into concrete IT and AI solutions and maintain an overview via roadmaps and reports.
Profile
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience with IT implementations, IT projects, or in a similar (coordinating) role.
- Strong communication skills, thinks in opportunities and solutions, and easily interacts with various stakeholders.
- Works structured, gets energy from organizing and improving, and feels comfortable in a directing role.
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) thinking level, demonstrable with a completed bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and open to further deepen your knowledge in this area.
- Familiar with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
