Sourcing Specialist

As a sourcing specialist, you know how to effectively use innovative search techniques to approach candidates who remain invisible to others. You conduct thorough intake and career interviews where the candidate's wishes are central and, based on this, you draw up a strong profile. Weekly, you provide approximately 5 qualified candidates to the consultants in the region, with whom you collaborate intensively. Subsequently, the consultants present your candidates to at least 5 different clients in your region.

As a sourcing specialist, you are talent-driven and develop a recruitment strategy.

• Identify and approach technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Conduct extensive intake interviews to ascertain candidates' wishes, talents, and ambitions.
• Prepare representative proposal profiles for the consultants.
• Coordinate twice a week with local technical teams to clarify recruitment needs.
• Autonomously plan and manage your daily recruitment activities.
• Search for technical profiles, such as operators, mechanical fitters, and electrical fitters.

• Minimum MBO 4 diploma and HBO working and thinking level.
• 1 to 2 years of search/sourcing experience in recruitment or active recruitment (e.g., via LinkedIn).
• Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2 level).
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage your own agenda.
• Willingness to travel regionally (public transport is also fine).
