An experienced project manager is sought for a specialized organization in aluminum facade constructions for complex and large-scale building projects. The company combines its own design office and its own workers with years of expertise in facade construction. The role aims to support further growth and professionalization, coordinating facade projects from start to finish.
What you will do.
- Full coordination of facade projects from start-up to delivery.
- Drawing up and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Managing and coordinating with internal teams (design office, calculation, production, assembly).
- Coordinating external partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring safety, quality, and progress on construction sites.
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and adjusting where necessary.
- Reporting on progress, budget, and results to management.
- Maintaining professional and sustainable customer relationships.
Profile
- Extensive experience as Project Manager / Project Leader within facade construction or complex building envelopes.
- Strong coordinating and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
- Fluent communication with various stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French.
