The role of social psychiatric nurse is evolving rapidly within a specialized center for psychosomatics. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping and developing the function. The center focuses on (young) adults (18+) with complex, persistent physical complaints, somatic symptom disorders, and functional neurological disorders. Recovery-oriented, integrated care is provided using innovative treatment methods.
What you will do.
- Conduct intake, anamnesis, and risk assessment interviews with clients.
- Coordinate care and collaborate closely within the multidisciplinary team.
- Offer various forms of treatment, tailored to the client's needs and possibilities.
- Contribute to the development and adjustment of treatment plans.
- Maintain contact with chain partners, therapists, and relatives.
- Participate in the crisis response team for acute psychiatric assessments.
- Actively contribute to further shaping the SPV role within the department.
Profile
- BIG-registered Social Psychiatric Nurse (SPV) or HBO-V nurse with a (nearly) completed post-HBO-SPV training.
- Interest in psychosomatics and complex issues.
- Maintains calm and overview in dynamic situations.
- Enjoys contributing ideas, developing, and showing initiative.
- Is warm, communicative, and team-oriented.
