As a personnel planner at a government agency, you help deploy the right people at the right time.
- You advise and support managers with your knowledge of capacity and roster management.
- You are the connecting link between operational deployment and available capacity.
- You specialize in planning and coordinating personnel and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of operational tasks.
What you will do.
- Guide the co-rostering process using an internal planning system, ensuring a fair and transparent roster.
- Find the right balance between customer needs, employee wishes, and optimal business operations based on the basic roster.
- Manage training planning, extracting information from a Training and Information System (OIS).
- Ensure that training aligns with operational deployability.
- Carefully manage personnel data and advise managers on capacity, deployability, training needs, and potential bottlenecks.
- Work closely with colleagues within the department and other divisions, participate in meetings, and contribute to professional collaboration.
Profile
- Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- Analytical skills: understanding complex planning issues, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing connections between capacity and needs.
- Accurate work: precise in entering, processing, and managing information in systems such as the internal planning system and OIS.
- Stress resistance: remaining calm and professional under (time) pressure, dealing with critical or demanding interlocutors, and adhering to applicable rules and agreements.
- Ownership: showing initiative, taking responsibility for tasks, and proactively offering solutions.
- Self-development: actively working on personal development, acquiring and applying relevant regulations and guidelines in practice.
