You are responsible for managing the absenteeism process and supporting employers and employees in reintegration trajectories, based on the advice of company doctors. The goal is an appropriate and sustainable reintegration outcome. You primarily work for SME organizations, helping them recognize the importance of absenteeism and prevention. You build long-term relationships with your own client portfolio and also liaise with insurers. The activities are largely carried out by telephone.

What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably in HR, healthcare management, sports management, or a commercial education. An assessment may be part of the procedure if no completed HBO degree.
- Experience with absenteeism guidance, for example from an HR role.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations concerning absenteeism, including the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
- Affinity with business services.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- A proactive attitude, actively seeking solutions, opportunities, and improvements.
