What you do
- Guide residents in rebuilding their lives
- Provide structure and increase independence
- Teach residents to manage emotions without substances
- Celebrate small and large successes
- Offer support when someone is at a loss
- Perform tasks in line with goals set by the personal supervisor
- Implement action plans, motivate and stimulate residents
- Document everything in reports
Profile
- Completed MBO education, preferably MBO-4 MMZ, SPW or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to work varying shifts (day/evening/night/weekends)
- Strong personality
- Angelic patience
- Ability to confront without judging
- Understanding humor as a path to connection
- Not panicking from emotions, relapse
- Ability to be professionally close without losing yourself
- Experience in addiction care, mental health (GGZ), or sheltered living is a plus
- Life experience, self-reflection, and a big heart are at least as important
- You are Christian and can explain what that means to you
- A certificate of good conduct (VOG) is required
