You will be a strong discussion partner for management and the board, translating financial data into clear insights and concrete advice. You will contribute to the further professionalization of the planning and control cycle and support the organization with financial and business-related issues.

What you do
- Act as a business partner for budget holders.
- Prepare, analyze, and explain management reports.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and scenarios.
- Coordinate and execute the planning and control cycle (budget, forecast, and periodic reports).
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise on them.
- Develop and improve KPIs and dashboards.
- Initiate process improvements within Finance & Control.
- Be a sparring partner for the group controller, financial administration, and managers.
What they ask
- Completed HBO or university degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or similar.
- Relevant experience as a Business Controller.
- Experience with planning & control, forecasting, and management reports.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent advisory skills.
- Experience with BI tools.
- Independent, strong communicator, and organization-sensitive.
