People & Organization Manager

An international e-commerce organization is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced HR professional to further professionalize the People & Organization department. You will contribute to building an organization with engaged, successful, and enthusiastic employees.

What you will do.

• You will be a strategic sparring partner for management and executives.
• You will ensure a smooth execution of daily HR processes.
• You will effortlessly connect strategy and operations.
• You will combine responsibility for HR policy and organizational development with the daily management of the international People & Organization department.
• You will play an important role in themes such as talent development, leadership, culture, change processes, and employment law issues.
• You will actively work on improving HR processes, KPI management, and the further development of employees.
• You will directly contribute to a strong employee experience and a future-proof organization.

• HBO+/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level.
• Several years of experience within HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Manager.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of (international) employment law, organizational development, and change processes.
• A fresh and innovative perspective on the HR field.
• Feeling at home within a modern dynamic organization.
• A hands-on mentality combined with strategic insight.
• Being decisive, independent, and resolute.
• Ability to convince people of your viewpoints and ideas.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
