You will work with a varied group of clients with diverse support needs and personal situations. Although you work largely independently, you are part of a committed organization. We work with short lines of communication with colleagues, clients, and partners surrounding the client. During your work, you also pay attention to the client's well-being.
If something changes, you can signal this and discuss it with your fixed point of contact. You will receive an onboarding program and access to online training, allowing you to learn the work step by step and continue to develop yourself. We try to link you as much as possible to a fixed group of clients, so you can build continuity and a trusted working relationship. You support clients of different ages with various support needs, for example due to illness, old age, a disability, or recovery after an operation.
