As a program supervisor at a central reception facility, you prepare residents for their future, whether in the Netherlands or elsewhere. You work closely with colleagues and professionals from partner organizations in the reception chain to provide appropriate guidance.
What you do
- Conduct individual interviews and inform residents about their rights and obligations
- Organize tailor-made training sessions and information meetings
- Offer phase-specific programs, including integration training for status holders
- Encourage residents to engage in active and meaningful daily activities and participate in society
Profile
- Flexible and able to adapt approach to changing circumstances
- Stimulates engagement and action among residents
- Easily establishes contact and possesses great empathy
- Preferably several years of experience with the target group
- HBO diploma in Social Work and/or teaching qualification
- Knowledge of group dynamics and didactic methods
- Knowledge of the social map and the 6 domains methodology
- Able to achieve results collaboratively
- Open to irregular working hours
- Possesses own transportation
