A housing corporation is looking for a connecting and innovative project manager with extensive experience in the development and realization of new construction and restructuring projects. The organization aims to strengthen and expand its portfolio to address housing shortages, with plans to build approximately 2,800 homes by 2035. This includes both individual projects and large-scale area development, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
The organization is a partner in a regional construction stream to accelerate housing production.
What you will do.
- Lead the Projects team in an inspiring and connecting manner.
- Create conditions for development and collaboration within the team and the organization.
- Drive the realization of new construction and restructuring projects within established financial frameworks, monitoring progress, quality, and budget.
- Ensure professional contract formation with external parties (municipalities, developers, contractors).
- Oversee the legal correctness of contracts and identify organizational risks.
- Build sustainable collaborative relationships and ensure professional client-side project management towards partners.
- Guide the delivery of complete, high-quality, and uniform decision-making documents.
- Monitor that phase documents comply with internal assessment frameworks and standards.
- Promote the organizational vision, contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, and translate these into a clear direction for the team.
- Inspire and facilitate others in setting ambitious goals and achieving them by actively focusing on results.
- Maintain coherence with other organizational units and stakeholders, and reconcile different interests and expectations.

- Minimum HBO+ (higher professional education) working and thinking level (preferably in civil engineering or technical real estate education).
- Extensive experience as a manager.
- Knowledge and experience with the development and realization of new construction and restructuring projects.
