Accountant in Fiduciary

A human-sized fiduciary organization is looking for an autonomous senior accountant capable of managing their own files while sharing their experience with the team.

• The manager is supported by an independent collaborator and a person in charge of encoding, with a diversified clientele.
• The structure operates in a spirit of trust and proximity, where each file is followed with attention rather than a volume-based approach.
• You will work in a calm environment, without unnecessary pressure or imposed overtime, with real freedom in your working methods.
• Remote work is widely available and can represent more than half of the working time, depending on your organization.
• Exchanges with the manager are direct and simple, without heavy hierarchy.

What you will do.

• Prepare and finalize balance sheets and annual accounts.
• Manage your accounting and tax files from A to Z.
• Manage ISOC and IPP tax declarations.
• Monitor legal and tax deadlines specific to each file.
• Participate in the review and control of files prepared within the structure.
• Collaborate with the manager and other team members on more technical files.
• Maintain regular exchanges with clients and participate in meetings when necessary.

What they ask

• At least 5 years of experience in a fiduciary.
• Master the accounting and tax aspects necessary for file finalization.
• Be able to manage your files from A to Z autonomously.
