APV and Events Permit Officer

You collaborate with colleagues in a team responsible for timely provision of information and permits related to the General Local Ordinance (APV), events, the Alcohol Act, and other specific laws. Additionally, you work project-based on renewing market permits in accordance with new regulations.
What you do
- Assessing APV applications such as event permits, Alcohol Act permits, operating permits, and market stall permits.
- Granting exemptions.
- Coordinating and seeking advice from internal and external colleagues.
- Informing and proactively assisting residents, entrepreneurs, and partners with questions.
- Identifying and working on improvements in service delivery.

What they ask
- Demonstrable completed legal education at a minimum of MBO level.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the role of APV and events permit officer, clearly explained with at least one concrete example and/or reference project.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable completed legal education at a minimum of HBO-bachelor level.
- Demonstrable work experience with market regulations and market permits.
- Demonstrable work experience with the Alcohol Act.
- Demonstrable work experience in the role of APV and events permit officer.
