You work independently on-site at a client's location, ensuring that everything related to onboarding, guidance, and planning runs smoothly. From the initial introductory meeting to the further development of employees: you are visible, involved, and always accessible. What you will do.
- Ensure efficient staff planning that meets the needs of both the client and the flexible employees.
- Guide flexible employees throughout their entire career, from onboarding to evaluation and performance reviews.
- Maintain daily contact with clients, team leaders, and employees, serving as the first point of contact for various HR issues.
- Support flexible employees in their development by actively thinking with them about growth, performance, and future opportunities.
- Perform recruitment tasks, such as scheduling and conducting job interviews.
Profile
- MBO 4 diploma (vocational education level 4) in HR or a comparable field.
- Experience in conducting interviews with team leaders.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Adaptable and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
- Driving license B and own car for travel between locations.
