Lecturer Electrical Engineering

• Make lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• Utilize relevant (digital) working methods to enhance the learning experience and create engagement.
• Develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Coach trainees throughout the course so they achieve their goals.
• Contribute to the organization's image as a place for expertise, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

What they ask

• Knowledge and experience with electrical risks and safe working on or near electrical installations.
• Knowledge of the principles and application areas of BA4 and BA5.
• Knowledge of the AREI (General Regulations for Electrical Installations) and relevant safety regulations.
• Experience with risk analysis and taking appropriate preventive measures.
• Experience with safely working de-energized, switching, and protecting installations.
• Experience with the correct use of collective and personal protective equipment.
• Experience with handling electrical incidents and emergency situations.
• An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.

Preferences.

• Some experience with teaching or public speaking is a plus. A pedagogical diploma is not a requirement.

• Lesson times are during the day and/or in the evening.
• The course content will be discussed during the selection process.
