Within a medium-sized occupational health service, you will guide employers and employees through complex absenteeism and reintegration issues, making a significant contribution to sustainable employability.
What you will do.
- Guide employers and employees on issues related to absenteeism, reintegration, and sustainable employability.
- Conduct occupational health assessments.
- Map the capacity and possibilities of employees.
- Translate findings into clear advice.
- Collaborate closely with employers, employees, case managers, and company doctors.
- Actively contribute to appropriate and sustainable solutions for various employment-related issues.
Profile
- Registered and certified Occupational Health Expert.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Health Expert.
- Experience in conducting occupational health assessments.
- Knowledge of the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act) and the WIA (Work and Income according to Capacity for Work Act).
- Strong communication skills and ability to advise clearly.
- Independent, responsible, and comfortable in an advisory role.
