For an organization in the financial sector, you are responsible for the delivery of projects and programs. You manage dependencies and risks, align with stakeholders, and ensure outcomes are on track for banking and insurance clients.
What you do
- Multi-project delivery across Life IT / insurance product systems
- Program ownership for customer journeys — after-sales, contact, pre-collection
- Roadmap, governance, steering reporting, and dependency management with IT, product owners
- Prioritize so that digitalization, AI, and operational change create measurable value
- Clear communication with business and IT within complex financial organizations
What they ask
- Proven experience (5-8+ years) in project or program management
- Proven banking or insurance work in Belgium (or transferable regulated financial services)
- Delivery ownership: planning, dependencies/risks, steering, stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate IT delivery, product owners, and operations in complex organizations
- Experience with Agile/waterfall methodologies, especially in Life IT project leadership and customer-journey programs
- Structured, communicative
- Relevant degree; PMP / Prince2 / MSP / PgMP is a plus
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch or French (one national language is required) and English. For specific assignments, knowledge of Dutch, French, and English is required.
