A municipal organization is looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of Construction Supervisor. You contribute to livability and safety, and seek targeted solutions for citizens.
What you will do.
- Supervise both large and small construction projects with an integrated perspective.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Conduct checks under the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet) on environmental permits and notifications.
- Process Quality Assurance Act (Wet Kwaliteitsborging) notifications and information requests.
- Handle enforcement requests and manage complaints and notifications.
- Participate in integrated controls.
- Draft letters, decisions, and similar documents, possibly in consultation with legal affairs.

What they ask
- Work experience at a municipal organization.
- Obligated to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- Completed MBO 4 education, as evidenced by the CV.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position at a municipal organization.
- Consent given for requesting and verifying references from previous clients and consulting public social media profiles.
- In possession of at least AWB-1, as evidenced by the CV.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of sustainability and fire safety, as evidenced by the CV.
- Completed MBO-4 education in civil engineering.
