You will contribute to challenging change projects within a dynamic banking environment.
- You will participate in the realization of a roadmap according to the SAFe agile method.
- A professional with experience and interest in infrastructure and IT security-related projects is sought.
What you do
- You plan, structure, and coordinate epics and related change activities to achieve efficient, coherent, and results-oriented deployment and collaboration.
- You guide epics in the areas of cybersecurity, access management, and compliance, ensuring a secure and resilient digital IT environment.
- You define, prepare, and manage the epic roadmap and lean business case, including tracking benefits realization.
- You work closely with stakeholders (business owner, epic portfolio lead, solution manager, enterprise architect, release train engineer, vendor manager, and procurement) and build support for prioritizing features within the epic.
- You organize and lead meetings/ceremonies and represent Infrastructure & Operations during program increment planning days.
Profile
- You hold a master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an epic owner or project manager, preferably in a banking and/or insurance environment.
- You have experience within several assigned knowledge domains (IT infrastructure, IT security, workplaces, IT integration) as well as knowledge of banking business processes and products.
- You have knowledge of both agile and Waterfall working methods.
- You have knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2).
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and access management is a plus.
- You possess analytical thinking skills combined with the ability to translate strategy into a concrete action plan.
- You have extensive experience in stakeholder management and are communicative, results-oriented, persuasive, and assertive.
