As an HR consultant, you work in-house at a large client. In this dynamic environment, you are the fixed point of contact for both flexible employees and the client. No day is the same: one day you guide new employees, another day you solve HR issues and coordinate personnel planning. It is precisely this variety, responsibility, and direct contact with people that make this role so enjoyable.
You play an important role in connecting talent with opportunities and ensuring that both clients and flexible workers are satisfied. With your empathetic and proactive approach, you contribute to efficient personnel planning, support flexible workers in their development, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You work independently at the client, but you have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.
What you do
- Ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of clients and flexible employees
- Support flexible employees in their professional development and guide them during their first working day
- Maintain contact with clients and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations
- Actively search for new candidates, conduct job interviews, and introduce new employees to clients
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews to discuss performance and development

- A completed mbo 4 or hbo degree in HRM
- At least 1 year of experience in HR tasks
- Proactive and stress-resistant work attitude
- In possession of your own car
- You effortlessly switch between different interlocutors and know how to build lasting relationships with your empathy and persuasiveness
