What you do
For a socially engaged housing corporation, you are responsible for the preparation and realization of new construction, restructuring, and renovation projects. You integrally manage projects and are the connecting link between internal colleagues, municipalities, developers, contractors, consultants, and other collaboration partners.
- Responsible for the development and realization of housing projects, from initiation to completion.
- Drawing up and monitoring project schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.
- Managing external parties, including developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Conducting negotiations and maintaining contacts with municipalities and other stakeholders.
- Advising management and the board on progress, decision-making, and project risks.
- Ensuring integral coordination between real estate, housing, finance, and management.
- Identifying opportunities in the field of sustainability, affordability, and livability.
- Responsible for clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
What they ask
- Completed hbo or wo education, preferably in Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- Several years of experience as a project manager or project developer within the housing corporation sector or a comparable social real estate organization.
- Experience with new construction, renovation, and/or restructuring projects.
- Demonstrable experience with integral project management and collaboration with public and private parties.
- Administratively sensitive and able to bring together different interests.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, independent, and decisive, with an eye for collaboration.
- Experience with financial steering, risk management, and project control.
