A young, fast-growing movement is looking for a professional to manage and grow its online channels. There is an ambition to expand the hours in the future.
- The goal is to promote a healthy food system.
- The movement has over 100 allies from various backgrounds. Through engaging public campaigns, continuous communication, and playful actions, a shared story is made visible, highlighting both challenges and solutions.
- The website provides insight into local initiatives for sustainable food production, such as shops, farms, markets, pick-your-own gardens, and vegetable subscriptions, to make conscious choices easier.
What you do
- As a professional, you are the driving force behind online visibility. The goal is to grow online channels and generate more traffic to the website.
- Content creation: Conceiving and creating engaging content (text, image, and, for example, short videos/reels) that aligns with the mission.
- Channel management: Responsible for daily maintenance of social media channels and ensuring a consistent flow of posts.
- Community management: Actively responding to comments, seeking interaction, and building relationships with followers and allies. Seeking opportunities with allies to co-create content and spread the message through their channels.
- Influencer marketing: Identifying and approaching relevant influencers and online ambassadors for smart collaborations.
- Monitoring and adjusting: Keeping track of what works and what doesn't, and adapting tactics to achieve maximum growth.
Profile
- Demonstrable experience in successfully growing social media channels and community building.
- Strong in conceiving and creating creative content (both copy and visual), with experience in tools like Canva.
- Experience in setting up collaborations with influencers and online ambassadors.
- Affinity with themes such as sustainability, nature, health, and the food system.
- Works independently and proactively, with the ability to set priorities and take charge.
- Has a positive, authentic online 'voice'.
