What you will do.
- Provide training, workshops
- Coach and guide employees and teams
- Support training and development trajectories
- Identify learning and development needs
- Contribute ideas for ICT innovations and digital work processes
- Test and help implement new ICT applications
- Translate user needs into practical improvements
- Support colleagues in using digital systems
- Collaborate with internal and external experts
- Report on progress, results, and improvement points
What they ask
- Dutch nationality
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages (spoken and written)
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) without issues
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in ICT at MBO-4 level
- Enjoy guiding individuals in ICT and contributing to the innovation and further development of ICT at unit level
- Flexible and comfortable with changes or responding quickly between tasks

- Scripting and automation, e.g., PowerShell, Bash
- IT service management, such as incident, change, and problem management
- Information security and privacy
- Cloud concepts and hybrid infrastructures
