Project Manager
As a Project Manager within an organization's IT core, you are responsible for initiating, coordinating, and realizing organization-wide IT projects and change trajectories. You operate in a complex environment where continuity, security, compliance, service management, and digital transformation converge. You work closely with team managers, product owners, service managers, architecture, security specialists, suppliers, and stakeholders within the organization's regional entities.
You ensure that projects are executed predictably, controlled, and with broad support. In doing so, you maintain the balance between run, change, innovation, and compliance. Within the IT core, you work on trajectories that directly contribute to the organization's strategic movement towards a modern, omnichannel, and future-proof IT organization.
What you do
As an IT Core Project Manager, you lead complex IT projects and change trajectories within an organization-wide context. You ensure a clear project approach, monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budget, and quality, and manage multidisciplinary teams. You connect operational IT issues with strategic goals and ensure support from management, the CIO Office, regional entities, suppliers, and internal IT teams.
Additionally, where necessary, you guide RFI and RFP processes, from scope definition to supplier selection and handover for implementation.
Profile
You are a connecting project leader with strong organizational skills and a sense of administrative relationships. You maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, take responsibility for result areas, and know how to involve people in change. You easily switch between operational, tactical, and strategic levels and build support among various stakeholders.
