As an Occupational Expert, you play an important role within occupational health care. You guide employers and employees towards sustainable employability and make a real difference in reintegration. You bring together load capacity, possibilities, and working conditions, and advise employers and employees on sustainable solutions for absenteeism and reintegration.
What you do
- Guide employers and employees on employment issues, reintegration, and sustainable employability.
- Conduct occupational expert assessments.
- Supervise second-track reintegration processes.
- Advise organizations on appropriate solutions.
- Work independently on-site at client locations.
- Further develop relationships and contribute ideas for new opportunities.

- You are a registered Occupational Expert.
- You have experience in conducting occupational expert assessments.
- You have experience in supervising second-track reintegration processes.
- You are a strong communicator and can easily switch between employers and employees.
- You work independently and take responsibility for your own agenda.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and see opportunities to further develop relationships.
- You own a car and are willing to travel within the region.
