Organizational Design Consultant

• Analyze and map existing organizational structures and processes (operating model).
• Support the design of new governance and control models.
• Collect and process data for (quantitative) organizational analyses, for example in the areas of effectiveness, efficiency, and span of control.
• Facilitate workshops on organizational structures and processes.
• Develop organizational designs that align with strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of change projects.

• Completed university master's degree, for example in business administration, public administration, organizational sciences, or economics.
• One to three years of relevant work experience in organizational consulting or an (internal) strategic advisory role within a large organization.
• Demonstrable expertise in designing organizational models and solving governance issues.
• In-depth knowledge of the "hard" side of organizational design (operating model).
• Experience in translating strategic goals into a concrete organizational structure.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to make complex issues understandable.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to contribute to the further growth of a team.

You will join an independent Dutch organizational consulting firm with over 500 driven colleagues.
