This accounting firm takes a different approach than most firms. It was founded in 2004 and is still owned by the two founding partners. There is no group or investor participation. Processing has been largely automated since 2023.
What you will do.
- You will take over a portion of the files currently managed by the partners.
- You will serve as the direct point of contact for clients, rather than through a partner.
- You will manage files with in-depth content, including company structures, restructurings, and files with a transfer in prospect.
- You will see the concrete results of your advice reflected in the figures of the next financial year.
- By managing a portfolio and attracting new clients, you may eventually be considered for a partnership in the firm.
- The client portfolio is mixed and includes service providers, architects, lawyers, commercial companies, real estate structures, and a growing share of management and and holding companies.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in an economic field.
- You have at least two years of experience as a file manager in an accounting firm. Experience in corporate accounting alone is not sufficient for this position.
- An ITAA title or ongoing internship is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You are proficient in using common software packages and are open to software changes.
- You speak fluent Dutch and have sufficient knowledge of English or French for client discussions.
- You dare to contradict an entrepreneur without harming the client relationship.
Practical
- An annual training budget of €2,500 per person is provided, in addition to mandatory continuous training.
- A parking space in the building's underground garage is included.
