Supervisor

You will work in a small-scale residential facility undergoing renovation. Clients will temporarily move to another location and return to the renovated living environment around mid-2027. You will contribute to building this new environment, including in-home day activities and the integration of new clients.

What you will do.

• Assist eight people with visual, intellectual, and physical disabilities.
• Provide support with ADL (washing, dressing, eating, getting out of bed).
• Use a patient lift system for wheelchair-bound clients.
• Create a homely atmosphere and ensure personal care.
• Act as a personal supervisor and contact person for clients.
• Maintain regular contact with parents, relatives, and therapists.
• Provide input for and update support plans.
• Work on a 24-hour schedule with morning, evening, sleep, and weekend shifts.
• Perform minor care/nursing actions if necessary, such as administering medication, wound care, or tube feeding.
• Observe clients, identify issues, and report on them.
• Work in a team and contribute to discussions on various care-related topics.
