Within a sports medical center, a position has become available within the physiotherapy team due to continuous increasing demand and the upcoming opening of a new location.
- The position is available on the basis of a one-year contract with the intention of converting it into an indefinite contract.
- The center is a young and innovative sports medical institution focused on sports medicine, (sports) rehabilitation, and lifestyle changes.
- The organization has a multidisciplinary character where intercollegiate collaboration is of vital importance and a trajectory always starts with a (multidisciplinary) treatment plan.
- The total team consists of 19 employees.
What you do
- Work within an expertise center for sports rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with a sports physician, dietitian, psychologist, physiotherapist, osteopath, lifestyle coach, medical fitness instructor, and internal partners in the field of orthopedic aids and insoles.
- Ensure a personal, individual approach and optimal clarity for the patient/client.
- Participate in standard meeting and consultation moments.
- Participate in periodic internal training courses.
What they ask
- Preference for a master's in sports physiotherapy or manual therapy.
- Open to applicants without a relevant master's degree who are expected to be a direct asset to the organization.
- For those without work experience: willingness to follow an internal training program (6 weeks).
Preferences.
- Master's in sports physiotherapy or manual therapy.
- Relevant courses such as ultrasonography, shockwave, EPTE, blood flow restriction training, flywheel training, or specialization in sports rehabilitation or orthopedic rehabilitation.
