You perform meaningful work within a public organization committed to its residents.
- You play an important role in promoting self-reliance and participation in the labor market, within the framework of the Participation Act.
- You collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including colleagues from income services, Wmo, the local team, and other chain partners.
- You represent the organization in network consultations where necessary.
- The target group is diverse and includes clients with complex medical, socio-emotional, or psychological problems, as well as an increasing number of young adults needing support.
What you do
- You engage with clients and guide and support them in their participation.
- You draw up plans of approach, register, and process them in the system.
- You collaborate with various internal and external partners to strengthen residents towards sustainable self-reliance.
- You represent the organization in relevant network consultations.
- You offer the right support and guidance so that clients can participate or work in the right place.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with a background in employment mediation.
- Knowledge of the labor market and the ability to quickly learn the local labor market.
- Experience working within the Participation Act and processing it administratively.
- An entrepreneurial and results-oriented team player who delivers tailor-made solutions with the shortest path to outflow.
- The ability to form a judgment by weighing facts and good listening skills.
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) with screening profile 11, 12, 13 is mandatory.
Preferences.
- Experience with complex issues, where knowledge of psychiatry is a plus.
- Creative and pragmatic, with coaching skills and an outward-looking mindset in terms of possibilities.
- Possesses 1 or more references.
- Recent work experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with relevant systems/applications/programs.
- Results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Possesses political and administrative sensitivity.
- Possesses good communication skills.
