As an HR Operations Officer, you play an important role within an HR team. You contribute to the correct, efficient, and smooth processing of various HR and payroll administration tasks and serve as a point of contact for employees and colleagues. You will join a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive approach are central.
What you do
- Managing the payroll mailbox and proactively responding to questions and requests from employees.
- Registering sick leave and suspensions in the HR systems and correctly processing part-time work resumptions.
- Drafting employment contracts and maintaining them accurately in the HR system (ESS).
- Administratively processing new employees, including creating onboarding profiles, tracking company cars, and other administrative formalities.
- Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as time registration controls, processing employee benefits in the payroll system, and keeping personnel files up-to-date.
- Ensuring correct and high-quality HR administration and, where possible, contributing to the optimization of HR processes.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who works accurately, enjoys taking responsibility, and is energized by a varied administrative task package.
- A bachelor's or graduate degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of HR administration.
- Good knowledge of social legislation.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Good communication skills and an open, positive attitude.
- A true team spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of both Dutch and French.
