What they ask

• Demonstrably completed Dutch School of Public & Occupational Health, Social Medicine Professional Training, and/or directly comparable university bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of occupational physician.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Wet verbetering Poortwachter, WIA, WAO, WMO WSW, and/or participation law.
• Demonstrable work experience with client tracking system Compas and absence registration Onvia.
• Demonstrably has a complaints procedure.
• Demonstrably willing to work on-site in Geldermalsen on Tuesday mornings and Thursdays.
• Possesses a valid BIG registration.
• Agrees to the stated secondment conditions.

Desired skills.

• Demonstrable work experience within the social work company (to be explained with at least one concrete example and/or reference project).
• At least 5 practical examples of successful objection procedures with the UWV (to be explained with at least one concrete example and/or reference project).
• At least 5 practical examples of successful interventions in the social domain for complex absence files (to be explained with at least one concrete example and/or reference project).
• Number of years of demonstrable work experience as an occupational physician with disabled workers (to be explained with at least one concrete example and/or reference project).
