A government organization is working on a civil engineering project involving the renewal of an asphalt road, including separate cycle paths, embankments, and cycle bridges.
What you will do.
- Map the environment
- Identify stakeholders and their interests
- Organize information meetings
- Take into account public consultation procedures
- Document wishes and objections from residents and report them back to the project organization
- Coordinate and monitor communication and participation during the implementation phase (primarily with the contractor)
- Deliver a complete and transferable environmental management file, including stakeholder analysis, communication and participation documentation, and procedures for handling damages and complaints
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as an environmental manager within civil engineering or GWW projects
- Experience with stakeholder management, resident communication, damage handling, and complaint management in infrastructural projects
- Demonstrable experience with environmental management during both the preparation and implementation phases
Preferences.
- Experience with projects valued at €5 million or more
- Experience with resident participation and process management related to damage and maintenance
