HR Advisor Social medical Affairs

• You support, advise, and coach managers on HR-related matters.
• You advise, transfer knowledge, guide, and act as a sounding board for managers who increasingly perform HR tasks independently.
• You support the HR Business Partner in achieving the district's HR objectives.
• You collaborate closely with HR advisors nationwide and contribute to division-wide HRM themes in national HR team projects.
