As a front office employee, you are the first point of contact for residents and professionals within a municipal organization. You answer questions and conduct an initial inquiry for requests for assistance.

What you do

  • Answering questions via phone, email, and personal contact.
  • Conducting an initial inquiry for requests for assistance.
  • Mapping the situation, network, and various living areas.
  • Assessing the nature, complexity, and urgency of the request for assistance.
  • Determining whether a question belongs within the municipal domain or can be better handled by a primary care facility.
  • Processing files.
  • Processing assignments within the messaging traffic of the Youth Act.
  • Planning home visits.

  • You can set priorities well, work carefully, and are flexible.

What they ask

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years within a municipal organization in the social domain as a front office employee or consultant or similar.

Preferences.

  • Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of MBO 4 level in the field of social work.
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience within a municipal organization in the social domain as a front office employee, consultant, or similar positions.
  • Demonstrable work experience with Suite.
