What you will do. As a Business Analyst, you are the connecting link between business, data, and innovation. You will work on strategic innovation issues where customer insights, data analysis, and predictive analytics converge. You will investigate how data can contribute to better decisions, new commercial opportunities, and the future sustainability of the organization.
The role has a strong exploratory character, actively researching how data and technology can lead to new forms of service and commercial growth, beyond just reports or process optimization.

- How can we better predict future financing needs of business customers, even in a volatile market?
- How can commercial teams identify opportunities and risks earlier with customers and in sectors?
- How do we combine customer behavior, market developments, and internal data into new commercial propositions?
- How do we translate a successful experiment into a scalable solution?
Business analysis & process improvement.
- Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or new business models
- Determine which initiatives have sufficient potential for further investigation
Experimentation & validation.
- Formulate hypotheses and set up experiments and pilots
- Determine what data is needed and establish success criteria
- Investigate the feasibility of predictive analytics solutions and contribute to prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Connecting stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business & Commercial, Data & Analytics, IT & Architecture, Risk, Product Development, and Business Development teams
- Translate business issues into concrete data and solution questions
- Make complex insights understandable and ensure clear choices and next steps

- Experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organization
- Demonstrable experience with business analysis and process improvement
- Experience with data analysis and translating insights into business opportunities
- Experience with Python and good knowledge of Excel

- Strong analytical and communication skills
