Within a stable organization, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-precision components for the defense and medical sectors. You will create unique pieces or small series from raw material.
What you do
- Prepare and cut raw material according to technical plans
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (Mazak, DMG, MONFORT)
- Program machines (Siemens or Heidenhain languages)
- Adjust parameters to ensure quality and precision
- Monitor machining operations
- Control produced parts (dimensions, tolerances, finishes)
- Ensure production documentation
- Work on both prototypes and small series
What they ask
- Confirmed experience as a CNC lathe operator, with 2 to 5 years in precision machining
- Proficiency in programming and setting up CNC machines (Mazak, DMG, MONFORT, Siemens or Heidenhain)
- Excellent reading and understanding of technical plans
- Strict adherence to workshop safety instructions
- Strong sense of detail and dimensional precision
- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and concern for a job well done
- Autonomy and initiative
- Versatility across different production types
- Desire to learn, progress, and commit long-term
- Team spirit and adherence to company values
- Higher secondary education diploma or equivalent experience
- Intermediate career level
