You are energized by a dynamic environment where, as an organizational point of contact, you ensure that the staffing for national training programs is always in order. You will work at a training and command unit, where, together with colleagues, you ensure that the right people are in the right place.
What you will do. As the right hand of the advisors, you have a broad, supportive role. You are not just someone who executes, but especially someone who thinks along and signals when action is needed.
- Content administration: You tackle issues that cannot be checked off a standard list. You combine accuracy with the ability to understand the context.
- Vacancy management: You ensure that both internal and external vacancies are posted online in a timely and complete manner. You supplement where necessary and monitor progress.
- Recruitment & Matching: You manage the vacancy database for internal and external candidates. You truly delve into the candidates: who are they, do they meet the requirements, and does their experience fit the position? Your sharp analysis and advice on this are the basis for a good proposal to managers.
- Planning and Monitoring: You closely monitor staffing levels. You look ahead, identify bottlenecks, and think along about the consequences of organizational changes.
Profile
- You are firm and a stable factor for the team.
- You enjoy working intensively together, but you are also excellent at setting priorities independently for the medium term.
- You preferably have an MBO4 diploma (HR direction is a plus).
- You have at least 2 years of experience within the broad HR field.
- You are naturally curious about all aspects of the HR profession.
Practical
- A security investigation is part of the application process.
- It is necessary that you have Dutch nationality.
- Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is a condition for appointment.
- In addition, a security investigation and reference check may be part of the selection procedure. This concerns a background check on, among other things, criminal records and financial matters, which takes an average of 8 weeks.
