As a trainer within a knowledge center, you support other trainers, curriculum developers, and network partners with your strong knowledge and experience in integrity. You are capable of translating operational needs into modern, innovative, and relevant learning materials and methods. You will also regularly lead groups yourself.
What you will do.
- Ensure that integrity is incorporated as effectively as possible into existing training programs.
- Be involved in development trajectories for, for example, e-learning modules.
- Provide training to colleagues yourself.
- Coach experienced instructors on how to optimally convey integrity.
- Participate in consultation structures with partners on training and education elements related to integrity.
- Delve into relevant reports, notes, and professional literature and translate these into educational products.
- Independently undertake activities and proactively establish contact with colleagues.
- Deliver training sessions at various locations throughout the country.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level with a specialization in training, educational science, curriculum development, humanism, ethics, or similar.
- Teaching qualification/didactic certificate.
- Extensive knowledge and skills regarding the design of educational materials.
- Knowledge of and experience with curriculum development.
- Proficiency in managing groups and performing group dynamic interventions.
- Proficient in the use of and advising on educational resources.
- Proficient in advising on learning related to integrity.
- Proficient in procedural and process-oriented coordination.
- Demonstrable knowledge regarding 'Integrity and government', through a specialized education in the integrity field.
- Experience in the O&T (education and training) field in both teaching and educational and/or curriculum development.
- Affinity with integrity-related topics.
- Experience participating in (large, multidisciplinary) O&T projects (desired).
