This includes the launch of new educational programs and further innovation for the coming years. An assignment is available for an experienced proposition/campaign marketer to accelerate this process, focusing on market introductions, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into promising propositions.
What you will do.
- Collaborate with the educational team and the marketing & communication team to launch new educational programs, targeting both regular students and working professionals. You will develop introduction plans and initiate their implementation.
- Advise on the targeted market introduction of new courses and specializations, ensuring they align with the wishes of prospective students. You will develop the right propositions and translate them into operationalization.
- Contribute to the thinking and execution of the positioning of new courses to be developed, ensuring they optimally meet the needs of prospective students. This also includes proposing recruitment names in collaboration with the education sector.
Profile
- Strong background in educational marketing, both tactical/strategic and operational.
- A connector who easily engages with stakeholders within the organization, with an eye for both educational and marketing & communication perspectives.
- Demonstrable experience in developing propositions and translating them into introduction campaigns.
- Experience with market research (desk research and field research) for data-driven proposals.
- Ability to take initiative independently, without losing sight of the importance of collaboration.
Practical aspects.
- Close collaboration with the marketing and communication team (especially senior marketers) and the educational teams.
- Presence at various locations of the organization is required, at a frequency to be agreed upon. The initial period will focus on one of the locations.
