A public educational institution is looking for an experienced Functional Administrator to help with the further setup, management, and safeguarding of a curriculum design application and its associated processes.
- This is a substantively interesting role within a broader development of the educational logistics chain.
- You contribute to a good safeguarding of the implementation and to structural improvements within the organization.
What you will do.
- Ensure that the application is stable and well-managed.
- Further complete and safeguard the implementation of the application.
- Resolve or structurally improve functional bottlenecks within the chain.
- Improve the quality of data and data exchange.
- Properly document management processes and working methods.
- Transfer knowledge and experience to the Functional Administration team.
- Support the daily functional administration of the curriculum design application.
- Further set up and optimize the application.
- Contribute to the completion and safeguarding of the implementation.
- Analyze and resolve functional questions, incidents, and bottlenecks.
- Identify areas for improvement within the educational logistics chain and contribute to structural solutions.
- Support issues related to data quality and data exchange.
- Coordinate with users, project members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support testing, acceptance, and implementation of changes.
- Document and improve management processes, working methods, and user documentation.
- Share knowledge and experience with the Functional Administration team.

- You are an important link between users, functional administration, project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- You ensure that the application aligns well with the organization's needs and that functional issues are handled carefully.
- Experienced Functional Administrator who quickly gains an overview, can work independently, and easily connects with various parties.
- You enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and IT and want to contribute to development within higher education.
- A role where you are both operationally and improvement-oriented.
- Collaboration with various disciplines, including Functional Administration, project teams, users, and suppliers.
