For a growing production organization, the machine park is being expanded. New production machines will be added. As a Mechanic, you will play an important role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of these machines. This is an assignment with a lot of freedom and responsibility within an innovative and rapidly growing production organization. There is also the possibility to remain involved in technical improvement projects after the implementation of the machines.
What you do
- Install, commission, maintain, and optimize production machines.
- The first major assignment involves the implementation of new production machines.
- Maintain contact with suppliers and supervise the installation.
- Ensure that machines are properly set up and function optimally within the production process.
- Perform technical adjustments where necessary or coordinate them with suppliers.
- Analyze technical problems and actively look for opportunities to improve machines and production processes.
- Combine electro-technical and mechanical knowledge to practically solve technical issues.
- Look ahead, identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas for technical solutions, and ensure that improvements are implemented.
- In addition to the new machines, several technical projects may be undertaken during the assignment.
Profile
- MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of work and thinking in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a technical or production environment.
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience with machines.
- Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine optimization.
- Experience with installing and commissioning machines.
- Good ability to interact with suppliers and colleagues.
- Work independently and take responsibility.
- Practically oriented and solution-driven.
