What you will do.
- You are responsible for a professional and effective sales process in sustainable waste management.
- You actively pursue new deals through cold and warm acquisition.
- You independently build a strong client portfolio in the Benelux.
- You ensure an expert, customer-oriented approach and effectively convert opportunities into results.
- You are responsible for the entire sales trajectory: from cold acquisition and relationship management to negotiations and closing the deal.
- You identify market needs and strategically position the proposition.
- You convincingly present the organization's value and demonstrate how business and sustainable impact are made.
- You play an important role in the tender process, together with colleagues.
- You are responsible for the timely and adequate follow-up of relevant tenders.
- You identify opportunities and act quickly to connect new partners and close deals.
- You ensure a professional and efficient contract management process.
- You timely coordinate commercial proposals.
- You monitor the accuracy and quality of agreements.
- You ensure a timely and adequate transfer of agreements to the account manager.
- You work from the Belgian office and are part of the Benelux team.
- You occasionally visit the Dutch office.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in acquiring new business in a B2B environment.
- Experience with the entire sales trajectory.
- Proactive networker (internal and external, online and offline).
- Presents the organization in an effective, distinctive, and consistent manner.
- Strategically and conceptually well-grounded.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French.
- English is a plus.
- Ability to connect and build support at various levels.
- HBO or academic working and thinking level.
- Passion for sustainability.
