You investigate whether care providers and institutions comply with laws for the Social Support Act (Wmo) and the Youth Act. You check whether declared care has actually been delivered and according to the correct agreements, to prevent abuse or fraud. You help develop policy and implementation in the field of supervision and enforcement.

What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) educational level
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of enforcement and supervision in the social domain
Preferences.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Wmo 2015, the Youth Act, the municipal care landscape, and the financial and administrative processes within healthcare
- Demonstrable experience with conducting (care) fraud investigations, including file and financial analyses, investigative interviews, and drafting legally sound reports
- Possess the necessary professional knowledge, research skills, firmness, integrity, and political-administrative sensitivity (to be assessed during the interview)
