This assignment focuses on network support, network troubleshooting, and basic configuration within an organization in the region. This is not a general workplace or service desk function.
What you do
- First-line troubleshooting of network issues
- Analyzing connectivity problems
- Performing basic network configuration
- Monitoring and following up on network incidents
- Onsite support for network problems
- Registering and documenting network interventions
- Escalating more complex network problems to L2/L3
- Performing interventions according to client procedures
Profile
- Experience with network support or network operations
- Good knowledge of network fundamentals
- Practical experience with network troubleshooting
- Experience with basic network configuration
- Ability to independently analyze network problems
- Willingness to perform onsite interventions
- Sufficient flexibility to ensure availability for interventions
- Language skills: Dutch (Very good), English (Good)
- No specific study requirements
Practical
- Minimum expected volume: 150 tickets per year
- Guaranteed availability required
