As an ICT Cloud & Modern Workplace Project Manager, you ensure that client projects are executed smoothly, clearly, and successfully. You provide structure, monitor progress, and ensure that clients, colleagues, and suppliers know what is needed to successfully complete projects. You will be part of a team of five project managers within Delivery & Operations. Together, you will realize various cloud, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and modern workplace projects for an organization's clients.
This ranges from smaller migrations to larger implementations with over a hundred workstations. On average, you will manage about ten projects, each with its own challenges, stakeholders, and planning. This variety makes the work dynamic and challenging. Additionally, you will have ample opportunity to contribute to processes, working methods, and the further development of the team.
What you do
- Guide projects from A to Z: from intake and planning to delivery and aftercare. You monitor time, scope, budget, and expectations throughout the entire process.
- Identify risks and opportunities: you recognize bottlenecks in time, think ahead, and translate risks or improvement opportunities into concrete actions.
- Client-focused communication: you clearly inform clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders about progress, results, and expectations. Professional, empathetic, and clear.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: you translate sales opportunities into a clear approach and smoothly liaise with engineers, suppliers, and other involved parties to successfully realize projects.
- Improve processes: you contribute to smarter working, optimize existing processes, and provide input for new working methods within Delivery & Operations.

- Strong in planning and organizing
