What you will do. As an Occupational Health Support Practitioner, you will assist the occupational physician in guiding employees who are absent or at risk of absence. You will be an important point of contact for employees and actively contribute to a careful and effective reintegration process.
- Conduct consultations with employees to assess their work capacity
- Advise on reintegration and sustainable employability
- Prepare clear reports and advice
- Prepare and plan consultations for the occupational physician
- Monitor the quality and completeness of absence files
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physicians, case managers, and other professionals
- Guide employees towards a healthy and sustainable return to work
You will handle diverse cases and have the opportunity to contribute ideas for suitable solutions for both employees and employers.
Profile
- A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Preferably experience as an Occupational Health Support Practitioner, practice assistant, nurse, or within the absenteeism or occupational health domain
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Analytical ability and a structured way of working
- A proactive, independent, and customer-oriented attitude
You are engaged, have strong communication skills, and are energized by guiding people during their reintegration. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines.
