You will work on assignments for various clients, which offers both technical depth and breadth. Your work will have a tangible impact, whether it's improving traffic flow or monitoring water quality. Occasionally, you will participate in presales or feasibility analyses, because your technical judgment improves client discussions. As a senior, you have the freedom to mentor others and truly implement your architectural vision, not just advise. Every two weeks, all colleagues gather on Friday at the head office for a club day. Up to 10% of your working time is invested in learning, knowledge sharing, and connecting. This day can be used to experiment with the Process module, the Audit tool, and widget development, or to work on things like a resource planner or PWA offline functionality.
